Just received a UR on a Turn Not Allowed that I thought I fixed (level 1) earlier this year with time restrictions. Looking at the area, I noticed that all the time restrictions were removed. Anyway, the area is the Haymarket Area https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=usa&lon=-71.05666&lat=42.36183&layers=389&zoom=6. The following are the time restrictions that needs to be placed.

Surface Rd - No right turn onto Hanover St on Fridays and Saturdays
Hanover St - No straight past Surface Rd on Fridays and Saturdays
Union St - No right turn onto Hanover St on Fridays and Saturdays
Congress St - No right turn onto Hanover St on Fridays and Saturdays

The reason is not as obvious as there is no proper signage other than on Congress St. This particular area is home to the Haymarket Open Air Market, where farmers sell their produce in tents along Blackstone (Hanover to North) and Hanover (Surface to Union). Since the tents are on the streets, no vehicle can pass through.

Actually I still see them, I just hover my cursor over the streets and a pop up window appears. Check that out and see if I am correct.

That is strange because I see no time restriction on any streets in that area?

I did not see any of the turn restrictions, so I added them as you described.

Please confirm the “Hanover St - No straight past Surface Rd on Fridays and Saturdays” refers to preventing SW bound Traffic. I put the restriction on traffic crossing over I-93, not allowing them to continue past Surface Rd toward Congress St.
