Need to connect two parking lot roads to 41st Ave. These roads allow access to Goodwill drop-off location and routing back home again. 
Turn into parking lot allowed from both NB and SB 41st, right turn only allowed out of parking lot:

Lowered. You’re going to have trouble enabling a turn in to that parking lot the way it is, though. :o
Thanks, I’m done - you can return it to Level 3 lock. It’s very weird that the parking lot entrance was set one-way out. You can see in the image I attached to my original post that it was one-way in when I created the permalink. Fixed now, including the shadow unconfirmed turn restrictions created when it was set the wrong way and then switched. Thank heavens for the Validator.

Did you, by any chance, delete any Junction nodes in that segment, after creating the pic in the first post?

I don’t think so, but it’s hard to be certain - I’ve only recently discovered the Validator script and I’ve been doing random cleanup all over the place. It’s possible I touched this parking lot in the process - but would that have reversed a one-way road?
