Level 3 edit in Greenbelt MD needed

In Greenbelt MD, on Greenbelt Rd. at Hanover Pkwy, there are two reported map issues (WB Greenbelt going straight, and making a left turn on Hanover) due to restricted turns. The problem is that the segment is marked as not allowing any turns. This should be easy to fix, except that part of EB Greenbelt attached at that intersection has a level 3 lock, which is preventing me from fixing the map error.

Could someone remove the lock so I can fix the error?

That intersection was wrecked after you guys left it. I made some changes that I believe puts it back in working order. Feel free to correct any current problems.
