Looks like you are not able to turn left from Mission northbound onto D Street.
I am not sure about southbound Mission onto D.
I just realized that the segment is not locked. But, for some reason, I am unable to change the turn restriction. Tried clicking it but it does not change to red. I even tried logging out and back in, but to no avail.
Is it because the adjacent section is Level 4 locked?
Yes, that is the reason. I unlocked it for you.
Grumble. I waited a few days to post a reply, but there was a reason why I locked that intersection. That whole area is under major construction with a new traffic pattern being put in place. I’ve been battling a combination of lower level editors changing it over and over to match the aerials and higher level editors coming through and unlocking segments because they see it has been locked.
I thought it was customary when one encounters a segment locked by an area manager to contact the area manager first before unlocking.
I’ve relocked that area and hopefully this time it will stick.
A PM would have been nice.
