For any editor to unlock a segment, or series of segments, they are going to need the permalinks to be copied to here.
Ok were do I get the permalinks from ?
Edit like I worked it out can you permalink multiple segments ? because when I have a look at the link there is only 2 segment selected and there should be about 6.
in the bottom right-hand corner of the WME screen, there are 2 chain-links - if you hover over that and use your usual copy shortcut (ctrl-c on Windows, command-c on Mac) you should get a permalink to the selected segments.

You can select multiple segments by holding down either “shift” (windows) or “command” (mac) as you click the segments you need.
If you have multiple segments you may need to change your zoom level (out) - e.g. your permalink was at zoom level 3. Mine below is zoom level 2 (slightly larger field of view) and I get six segments selected (even though there are 12 in the link)

It always pays to test your permalinks before submitting the forum post! If you can’t fit everything in one link, you can always put multiple permalinks into your update request forum post.
I am a Qld editor, area manager and can edit and unlock to 100 klm’s inside NSW border. Unfortunately Kempsey is outside my range. You will need a NSW editor to assist you.
Does not seam to work for some reason
I have selected all my segments

then copied the permalink
https://www.waze.com/editor?env=row&lon=152.84785&lat=-31.18674&s=71015703&zoom=0&segments=342199408,342199407,342199409,342194573,342194766,342194767,342193717,347427461,347427462,342192070,330620868
and when I check the link nothing is selected ![]()
I’m using the firefox browser is there a bug between the editor and firefox?
I will admit, as soon as it become a NSW issue, I left this to NSW editors.
Your zoom level is way too far out for accurate permalinks. You need to be much closer in and break them up into smaller sections. Yes I know this will mean more work. But waze can not handle long sections of permalinks.
But again, you need NSW editors to help you. I would suggest moving this to the NSW section.
