Level 1 editor deleting segment and updating speed limit on level 3 roads

Dear Reviewer, hope all’s well with you.

This segment isn’t here in real life, is it a special purpose Waze segment, or can it be safely deleted? We created new Street View for the roundabout and you can see video here. At the moment Waze is giving wrong directions on this roundabout.

Also we’d like to update the speed limit here. You can see video here.
