I have disallowed the right turn as requested not sure are you saying the uturn should be allowed I cant see a uturn restriction sign?

The change you made is correct. You just removed the option of a U turn, which is not permitted based on road design. There is no sign saying it’s restricted.
In fact, according to the QLD road rules, a u-turn would be permitted in the northeast direction at that junction.
