Can someone fix this error that is reported by one of our users. I can’t fix it and it is a problem trying to send people on some crazy driving directions

Are you referring to the Colony Drive report or the Redstone Arsenal one? Both are within my field of view with that link.
I changed the stretch of road at the gate to Redstone Arsenal back to a primary street instead of private road because I couldn’t find any better way to represent the gates to the facility without killing the ability to navigate there. I’m hoping someone with a better idea can come along since it appears the road does go all the way through the Arsenal but is private once inside. I did go ahead and mark this one solved, but the permalink is there if anyone wants to go check it out.
As for the Colony Drive UR, I can’t reproduce what the person is suggesting. I ran the routing and it took me to exactly where it said it should go, without any funny business. I’ll leave it open in case someone can figure out what on earth the reporter is trying to say. It doesn’t really make sense to me.
If you have to go through a controlled access point, e.g., a gate with a guard, then it has to be a private road so the general public won’t get routed through the property. If the destination is inside the property, routing does work.

On the Colony Dr question, I don’t have an answer, but would consider changing this to a Parking Lot road…?
Routing was the initial issue with the Redstone Arsenal gate. The user who submitted that report said that Waze would constantly try to route him around the private road section until he passed it, rendering the routing useless. If the Live Map is up to date with the road section being back to private at the gate, then it’s routing correctly and I can’t explain why the user couldn’t get it to work. 
The problem was the gate at Martin Road West (gate 7) was not marked as a private road so users coming from we west side were always routed to that gate. This was giving me problems also but I didn’t know what was causing it. I have now marked that gate as a private road so that should fix our problems. Looks like all gates are now private roads.
I’ve fixed the last gate. The gate on Patton Rd. only had one lane showing on Waze and was marked private. That needs to be two lanes each one being one way in and one way out. Currently it won’t route you out of the arsenal thru that gate as it’s a private Rd.

Can someone please edit that stretch of road to make it align with the roadway a little better and change to one way into the arsenal?
