I have created the Main Parking Lot/School access road to Holy Cross HS Lot/School access and would like it connected to a segment of Rt 130 S

You forgot to mention that you are rank 2.

Please read the Wiki content on use of parking lot roads. You didn’t handle the naming (hence the red roads) and you’re overdoing them. Not every lot is mapped at all, nor the details of most lots.

Your first link, the only reason to consider mapping the whole road is because one can reach the school stopping point from either end of it (I think). ON the other side of the highway, definitely too much.
