This Ramp doesn’t have an east bound turn allowance, which is a legal. I put a segment in but it needs to be connected or if you have a better method to resolve the issue, please do so.

I connected your segment at both ends, made it ‘one way’ and set the level to -1 so that WAZE would not complain that the node was missing where the north west bound lane crosses it.
I also changed the geometry slightly so that it would be clearer that it is not connected to the nw bound lane.

You can pop the balloon.
