The ramp from the south needs to allow going straight back onto I-65 (left and right are allowed, straight should also be allowed)
Straight off then back on may be allowed in the real world but it is never allowed in Waze to prevent Waze from getting “creative” and sending you across ramps to save 2 seconds.
