I should have thought of this one before I started this morning.
It’s the ramps at intersection outside the entrance to CTIA.
Assuming you want to ‘unsplit’ Borcherds Quarry Rd I would like to point out that the separation between the carriageways is big enough there for a the split to stay as it is. Also I have driven most of the possible directions and routings of the interchange and I’m confident it all works. I would suggest that Borcherds Quarry remain split from Bahrain Dr until Michigan St.
(Or is there another reason for the unlock request?)

waze works when 2 roads cross without a junction. If there was junction there, it would have all turns restricted anyhow.

Great. I’ve made a small change there. I changed it so the angle from the junction is a bit less. When it’s not actually a single road splitting to dual carriageway, I tend to do this, just in case someone sees it on their phone and things there’s something wrong.
