Somebody (a usa_ user) had (barely) disconnected Magnolia, throwing a MP. Fixed the road, but since the ramp is L5 locked, I can’t correct the turn restrictions.

I’m guessing we don’t allow ramp-ramp straight-through “turns” so as to avoid off-on routing during heavy traffic?
