level 2 need these sections unlock to fix a turn restriction, currently a left turn is allow and this turn can not be made.

When I made the edit I verified that turn is still allowed, there is a turn lane under the elevated train platform.
I see a not left turn sign there. I’m not sure which one is the latest.

Okay, I missed that sign, however, I have driven on this section in the past and usually where there is a cut out in the road like in the picture a turn is allowed. Thanks for the double check and I am going to assume the sign is correct since it show the new construction which I saw a few weeks ago when I was in the area. The turn cut out is probably there for Emergency Vehicles.
I will put in the turn restriction.
Now I know how I missed it, when I bring up Street View the sign is not there, I can see the pole it is on but the sign is completely gone, I can just barely see a red mark on the pole. Typical Google, only works part of the time.
Also notice the cars are also different for that location in my view of Street View
Okay figure it out, Google for some reason has two difference version of the same road in Street View, depending on how you click you can get street view to switch between the two version, one with the sign and one without. It must have been done at two different time and the sign was added.
not sure why Street view would have two version at the same time, and it not like it one from each directions since they both are obviously heading west on market street.
There’s a slider drop down in street view in Google Maps that you can adjust the timeline when they have multiple dates of the same view, which is the case here. That sign was there from 2009 through June 2012 and then disappeared by Sep 2012.
Pomcewattle, you are correct it was there prior to Sept 2012, when the constructions was going on, you can see they have the turn blocked by various means, piles of sand, cones and jersey barrier, and once all the work was done the sign is gone.
I am still now trusting street view, if you go back one block Street view is now showing Oct 2012 with the road still under construction and close at that section of the road.
