Well, there’s a bug here. We can’t get that segment to change to Rank 1. :x

I’ve asked US Champs to check into it and offer suggestions. I can always solve the turn restriction myself, but I’d rather you be able to do it. So, hang out on this request for a bit longer while some other folks look into it.

I was able to update the segment once I got support to upgrade to editor rank 2 (I realized I was well over 1,000 updates). Hopefully you can find out why the segment lock couldn’t be lowered!
