These ramps do not fit the description as they are not on freeways but on city streets and should be changed to Primary road and/or Major Highway segments.
I am Level 3.
It’s a lot more complicated than that - that area is only 6 blocks long, so it shouldn’t be different from both ends of it.
Also, they may have to be ramps to match signage…
