There looks to be an incorrectly placed ramp segment connecting two portions of I-495 N.

It probably just triggers voice guidance to let the driver know that it will eventually merge back into I-95 in 2 or so miles. So you would want to “stay left and continue to to I-95 N / Portsmouth New Hampshire, Amesbury, Massachusetts” or whatever. After all, it was last edited by a level 6 editor, I would assume that they know what they are doing.

But that’s just my take on it. Someone more knowledgeable will probably know more.

Yeah, I see what your saying, that would make sense  Cool, just going to accept that as the answer. I was adding ramp names along 495 and just came upon it, looked so outta place.

Thanks

Dan’s right. It’s called a wayfinder segment. Since you are looking at ramp names, here is the link from the Junction Style Guide: http://www.waze.com/wiki/index.php?title=Junction_Style_Guide#Highway.2FFreeway_Junctions
