Looking for a level 5 editor in the Stockton area to turn off the turn permission to the MLK off-ramp from highway 99. This area is going under construction and this ramp is going to be closed for a while.

Also, at this intersection, I need all permission turned off to head East to the freeway. The on-ramp to 99 is also closed for constructions.
This off ramp could be disconnected from NB 99 as well. I’m level 2 and can’t do anything in this area to resolve this issue. All MLK related off and on ramps can be disconnected from NB and SB 99.

Do you have any official info on when these roads will be reopened? When the dates and times are known, the best way to close roads is to enter them in the Closure Form. In this case, I would be willing to directly enter these into the spreadsheet where Waze picks up those closure requests, so you don’t have to input the data yourself, but if you do have date/time info, please post it here.
These are; the ramp mentioned in the other unlock, and a couple of others, which have closed permanently. Caltrans press release was cited here in the third post.
These two ramps are now permanently closed

Kent got one of them, but maybe didn’t have the info about the other?
This one is also permanently closed:

The NB exit to Main MAY have been disconnected early. According to one semi-official source, it’s not scheduled for full closure until early November, though it is getting intermittent daily closures. Another official, but older, source says it was closing early October.

Haven’t found anything official yet about the MLK to NB 99 ramp, although the press release cited above indicates a detour, and URs on site indicate closure also. Don’t know if this is permanent or not. Also the road from MLK through to Main is likely closed as well, according to the advance notice for the MLK closings, before they were postponed to 7 Oct. Further documentation and/or first-hand on-site knowledge would be great, but I think this is enough to go on for now.
MrT, have you been through here?
When I went through there a couple days before I posted this, there were K-Rails, cones, and signs blocking all aforementioned streets and ramps. I may be passing through the area today so I’ll make note of dates and times that may be posted and will keep this area updated the best I can.
Thank you, and sorry for missing the link to Caltrans info in your post above.
Thanks MrT! According to another local user there, because this area is in so much flux, as you know, even the Caltrans releases are not always completely up to date. He happened to drive past there today, and gave us the skinny, (MLK to NB open) so don’t go out of your way for it, but do let us know if you see things change when you do happen past there. The more eyes we have on the scene, the better!
I was passing through the area on a business related matter so I was passing by anyways. But yes, as you said, it’s still open. I knew for a fact that SB 99 MLK exit and EB on MLK to 99 is closed, but had not seen that closure from NB @ MLK was postponed when I started doing some research for the area. But yes, the appropriate roads are closed, and the NB MLK is intact. Thank you for your help. We can consider this specific request closed, as the area will be going under a lot of construction very soon. Thanks again to everyone.
