Apparently the city of Toronto is in the process of extending all these time-based restrictions for the additional hour. Obviously, Streetview would not have caught up yet.

Can we verify with eyes on the ground that the time restriction is, indeed, 7-9 and not 7-10?

Currently: 7-9am, 4-6pm.
Should be: 7-10am, 3-7pm

Oops - heading north. So turning east onto King.

My suggestion is to change them one by one, as I noticed that not all the intersections are changed according to the plan. At least not yet.
