    North side of Frontage Rd is locked preventing the ability enable a valid Right Turn off Frontage Rd to South Boston Bypass and preventing the ability to enable a Straight arrow from west side South Boston bypass across Frontage Rd to the east side of South Boston Bypass.

I fixed the second part of your request, but don’t understand the first.

Do you know why S Boston Byp is set to Private Rd?

Hmm, maybe i jumped the gun on this user request (happens once in a while…)

Looking at the street view, going north on Frontage before the South Bypass intersection there is a sign that says Authorized Vehicles only. That may be why it is marked as private and had the turns disabled.
