All roads involved with that intersection should now be level one. May I ask what turn restriction needs to be changed? Or is it the intersection itself that appears to need to be modified?

Looked good. I only locked it down to level 3. That way if changes need to be made in the future you won’t need a CM to unlock it for you. Assuming you get to level 3.
