I’m a Level 1 editor trying to change some turn restrictions. The junction of Andorra and Navarre Pkwy is marked on the map as turn restricted going right and across to the other side of the Pkwy (it’s a divided highway). This is incorrect, there should be no turn restrictions at the intersection. The segment crossing the median of Navarre Pkwy is marked correctly on the map.

I unlocked the two segments that needed to be unlocked.
You did it mostly right but please select all the segments that need to be unlocked (all segments connected to/from the node that must be changed that are currently locked).
To do that:
That way we do not need to guess what you want unlocked.
Lock what should be locked when you finish.

Awesome, thank you. I see what I did wrong. Control-clicking wasn’t working, but pressing ‘M’ did. So it should look like this, where I only select the roads that need to be unlocked?
Also, does a level 5 user need to re-lock those? Since they’re a major road and all.
You have to keep the ctrl key down as you select all of the segments. If you let it up between, then it doesn’t work.
As for locking, there are two reasons to lock… to prevent WAZE from changing things and your lock would be good for that. Whether or not WAZE is still doing that is open to debate.
The second is to prevent changes by those who are ignorant or malicious.
Education is the best prevention for the first. If I find someone making mistakes I PM them.
I am not sure that anything can prevent malicious people from messing up the map, even if it IS locked down, they can always add junk and confuse drivers.
I wish I could lock stuff at a specific level. Unfortunately, when a level 5 editor ‘touches’ a locked segment, it becomes locked at level 5. 
When a level 1 editor gets promoted to level n, all locks they created get ‘promoted’ to level n.
This is a problem. So I often ask the person requesting the unlock to relock at their level. Then they can make changes if needed.
Got another unlock, and I got all three segments selected. 
There’s a new road that connects Woodlawn Way to the other side of Gulf Breeze Hwy. It doesn’t show up on the map picture yet.

Thank you for the help. While fixing that road, I found two neighboring roads that have incorrect turn restrictions. Unlocking the main road would be most helpful.
