Please unlock this segment and fix the routing. Segments around it and connecting to it are level 1. There was an improper two way segment on a divided road which I deleted. As shown in the permalink, the routing is wrong.

Is the aerial out of date? Because it shows an area for left turns in that spot.
Routing and geometry otherwise fixed, and segment unlocked.
Yes the entire road alternates between divided road and left turn lanes.
