Requesting a Level 5 unlock or a Level 5 person to make these changes:
Link/update the nodes and junctions at the main intersection to allow traffic from the primary street to access the highway. All turns allowed from all streets.

I unlocked that intersection for you to fix. IMHO, I would probably unsplit Commonwealth Ave south of Victory Blvd. Might make your live a little easier. Just of course make sure all the turn restrictions are correct. A few side roads down there are split that probably don’t need to be as well.

The reason I had Commonwealth split south of Victory is that it’s a busy area and hard to navigate. The turn restrictions help to ensure you don’t drive through concrete medians in places but from the overall look of the map, I was hoping it would be more intuitive for visitors to the area.

No problem with it being split so much. The side roads though I would say definitely don’t need to be split.
