Level 5 Unlock Northampton Massachusetts

Hello,

There is a bunch of user reports for a highway on and off ramp under construction that is locked at Level 5. The North bound I-91 Exit 18 On ramp is closed and will be for another 6-8 weeks for construction. The North bound OFF ramp is open as well as the Southbound On and OFF ramps.
