Lvl-5 Unlock / Holyoke MA, I-91S Ramp Closed

The two on-ramps from “Lower Westfield Rd” onto “I-91 S” in Holyoke Massachusetts are closed due to construction, without a completion date. Can these ramp segments be unlocked to a Lvl-2 so that they can be disconnected until const. is completed, or updated by a Lvl-5 (and another Update Req. will have to be opened when the ramps re-open).

Lock reset to level 2.

Ramps disconnected & lock level raised back to level 5. The Interstate Highways and their ramps are considered High-Value Roads in Waze and should not be unlocked.

I’ve seen this UR at least once or twice, but can’t find any information about the closure from MassDOT or the City of Holyoke. Do you have any links to info about the closure (even a newspaper or TV station website would do)?

One article says it “is expected to remain closed until early July” and another says “the ramp is scheduled to reopen in the middle of the month”, but that same article says the “project began in October 2012 and is scheduled to be done mid-June 2015”.

Someone just let us know when it’s reopened, please…
