The same Level 5 editor seems to needlessly lock segments even after minor edits. Please unlock this segment so that I may change the state from Alabama to New York.
And please unlock this adjacent segment so that I may update the turn restrictions. Also locked by the same Level 5 editor unnecessarily.
Unlocked. Now keep in mind that if a segment is locked and a higher level editor makes a change to it, it remains locked at a new higher level.
I don’t make it a habit of unnecessarily locking roads.
