Look at the aerials - dedicated & separated right from Dam Neck into shopping center (between Petsmart and Fulton Bank). Separated merging driveway for movement onto Dam Neck from shopping center
FYI, in case you weren’t aware of it, turns will not be editable if any segment part of the junction in question is locked at a higher level.

51969589 - Street view shows a no left turn sign which according to my research of Virginia rules of the road means a u-turn is not allowed either. Left turn has been disabled.
64535009 - Turns have been fixed. I’m not sure what attributes are incorrect. Please provide details. Unless there are reports of streets being too far apart or roads missing, the geometry is fine. The philosophy of Waze is simpler is better and roads do not have to follow the actual pavement or aerial photos. Turn lanes should not be mapped unless required to solve a problem that turn restrictions cannot.
