I unlocked the two segments that were locked. The segment you had selected was NOT locked.

Please select all the segments you want unlocked.

  1. hold down the ctrl key and click on each segment, selecting it.
  2. right click on the word ‘permalink’ in the lower right corner of your screen.
  3. select ‘copy link address’
  4. paste THAT permalink into your unlock request.

That way we do not need to guess what you want unlocked.

Lock what should be locked when you finish.
