Why did you choose Major highway instead of freeway?

According to the Wiki, Freeways apply to Interstates. This is not an interstate road. http://www.waze.com/wiki/index.php/Map_Editing_-_select_map_editor?title=Road_Types_(USA)#Starting_Point
I choose Major Highway because of the criteria that matches this roadway.

  1. Has higher speeds. Speed limits should be near or equal to Interstate or Freeway speed limits in the same area. (typically within 5-10mph) For this road speed limit it 55
  2. Multiple lanes in each direction. 2 lanes going N & S plus exit/on ramps
  3. Separated directions of travel. Concrete barrier separating N & S
  4. Has freeway style ramps to minimize obstructions to thru traffic.
  5. Partially limited access.
  6. Have freeway style interchanges.
  7. No stop signs

If a road is built to interstate standards, or near interstate standards, it can always be updated to freeway. Freeway is not exclusive to interstates. You are reading the wiki as if all are required. The first point is stand alone. I think the section o the highway meets the rest of these standards, unless I am missing something.
Multi-Lane, divided road (with rare exceptions Wikipedia link)
No cross traffic.
No stop lights (except for ramp meters).
No stop signs.
No parking.
No stopping (except for toll booths, freeway access metering, movable briges Wikipedia link, and traffic congestion.)
Highest speed limits. (relative to region)
Some have minimum speed limits.
Limited access

Ah, I see. Perhaps the wiki needs something added stating that Road Types aren’t “set in stone” per say. I.E.: “Interstate ~ Freeway” / “US Hwy ~ Major Highway” The road type was set back to Freeway, I was just reading too much into the wiki I guess. Either way though, I’d still like to fix the alignment & naming issue as well as the reverse nodes if you could set the lock level to 3 on those segments so I could edit them. I can PM you if you like to set them all back to 5 when I am done.
