I unlocked all five segments on High Street
These segments are also now needed if I am reading the map correctly.
U-turns should be possible on the 2 cross segments we have unlocked the main road around?

I have read the rules on where u turns are legal and from my reading of the Qld u turns Division 4 37 onwards, u turns seems legal to me here in both directions.
I have unlocked the three segments, which gives you access to be able to make High parallel as you wish to the intersection at Jephson St.
