Reason for request: Fix up this intersection

Can you provide an example of a functioning T intersection where the cross section is divided and the approaching section is two way?

I am sure this intersection can be fixed up.
It currently produces two turn right instructions when approaching from the north.

  1. When where you turn south-west
  2. When you actually turn west

This next one doesn’t give any turn right instructions when heading east turning south.
The Left Turn lanes (slip lanes) should be removed.

Dropped and this is why we don’t do turning lanes.

There are two intersections here that might be what you are asking for.

And what you actually want to do to fix the intersection.

Thanks Glomp the 2nd example was exactly what I wanted to check.
It is a much more user friendly intersection than the ones I am trying to fix.
I don’t think any of the turn lanes are needed in the locations I am fixing.

Is there a correct method for removing / reusing the lanes which keeps the data?

You are going to be removing them any way to simplify things, so in this case you can’t really reuse them.
