I posted this issue as a larger problem/question in the North America general forum. There has got to be a faster process for resolving incorrect road closures. This segment of Eight Mile Rd between Harper Ave and Beaconsfield has been closed in the wrong direction due to the crew switching sides early this morning - OVER 15 HOURS AGO - when a Wazer initially reported it. That means Wazers (including myself) have been incorrectly routed westbound into a closed road which is only open eastbound. I created a map issue myself, I responded to other issues, I closed the westbound at least (that has yet to take effect now many hours later), and I can’t find any other way to resolve this as it’s all locked up.
So two parter: someone please fix this, and tell me how we can improve this issue of not fixing issues. Am I missing something? Or are higher level editors so few and far between?
