Is the restriction on Permalink correct?
No-entry signs say “Except trams, buses, taxis and cycles / Loading permitted 8pm - 7am”.
The was restriction says, All lanes / Every day / 20:00 - 7:00 / Allowed = Public transportation, Taxi, Bus.
Shouldn’t the restriction hours be 07:00 - 20:00 ?

As the vehicle exemptions and Loading exemptions are in separate boxes, they are separate exemptions. Times are only in the Loading box, so the times only apply to the loading exception.
The Waze restriction should be only to allow Taxis. Nothing else is relevant.

Why is this different to the adjacent segment restrictions which also allow Public transportation and Bus?
