Several URs report no left turns allowed, and indeed, there is a no left turn sign in plain sight from Google StreetView.

You had unlocked the segments where the URs are congregated, but that’s not where the no left turn sign is in GoogleView. It’s the left turn onto Slater St. that needs to be disabled. The Waze route + GPS traces together also suggest that it is indeed Slater St that they cannot make a left turn onto. Thanks!
