Reason: No LH turn allowed from Pleasant Ridge Rd onto Grasslands Rd. at Note “A” of the segment. I reviewed with Google Streets and confirm road sign for no left turn.
I unlocked it for you, but I leave it to you to figure out why you are still unable to make the change. Don’t worry, I’ll help you figure it out if you get stumped, and then I’ll fix the lock problem for you.
It has to do with the previous message about selecting both segments, and not just one. So, both segments of Grasslands Rd. that is part of the junction point with Pleasant Ridge Rd. That is why I cannot change it because you need to unlock both segments. The correct PL should’ve been this one instead.
