Also, there seems to be something seriously wrong with Permalink. Not only does it form a two-segment loop, it seems implausible that the left turn at the north end is forbidden.

Sorry - which “it” are you talking about? Are you looking at Braun St (the loop) or the motorway?

I’ve created the temporary alignment rd however a map update recently went through and duplicated the rd, so left with a duplicate entry that I can’t delete - https://www.waze.com/editor?env=row&lon=153.05298&lat=-27.32540&zoom=5&segments=346019584

That segment is locked at level 1 - I would have thought you could delete it. Did you provide the wrong permalink? Do you want me to delete it for you?

It keeps throwing an error when I try and delete it.
