I see you use “Lower Sackville” here and all surronding segment are in Sackville ???
At the same place there is an extra segment.
Please merge it with the preceding.
Also you have a loop with that segment
You should split it in two.
One recommandation. Try to reuse the most node you can to avoid Short Segment
Mean join two opposites PLR even if it’s not exactly the real life.
Follow you local régulation about crossing solid line going in and out PLR.

Now, regarding your question about Sackville vs Lower Sackville. Sackville consists of three communities (Upper, Middle, and Lower Sackville).
Technically they are suburban communities (not cities) of Halifax/Dartmouth (the two main cities within HRM; Halifax Regional Municipality). Now, I have noticed a lot of inconsistencies with other map editors mixing Lower Sackville and, Sackville for the city name. I added a map comment so you are able to see the community boundaries of Middle Sackville, Upper Sackville & Lower Sackville (will delete comment in 24 hours).
For the time being I just named all the PLR as Sackville even though it is really Lower Sackville, just to match with everyone elses edits.
Attempted to go through all the loops, don’t think I missed any but if I did I apologize.
