Adding PLR is fine.
To be useful, there must have a place / shop / strore or somehing to serve
Because of where I joined one PLR to Grand Lake Rd I do not have permission to specify a left hand turn from this segment:

If you could enable that (it looks like it is permitted from what I can tell by looking at Street View - there is no barrier, but there is also no road markings)

Also, I agree about it being more useful to have places mapped out. I will do more of this in time.
Updated and locked. I agree with Taxy, more places in waze is certainly beneficial, however, PLRs don’t need a place to be useful. In the end, where drives start and end drive usefulness and having a waze place present or not would not affect the driving experience for a user, just potentially the searching experience.
