Reason for request:
I would like to add parking lot segments in this parking lot. I am also wondering these segments are locked at such a high level. I do understand there is a center barrier and that there are turning restrictions for these two sections.
Lock level lowered to L2.
We do have a minimum locking standard for turn restrictions at L3. However if the connecting segments are L4, the locks can be locked up to L4.
