What do you mean by “add a turning lane”? Is there a new at-grade connector (AGC) like here: https://waze.com/editor?env=usa&lat=45.44862&lon=-73.60702&zoomLevel=18&segments=60703402
Or do you want to add lane guidance?
There’s a new at grade connector (I wasn’t aware of the proper terminology) that was added this spring.
Also, the speed limit on rue des pins was modified and avenue des bouleaux was cut short. but all that I can already modify
