Reason for request:
Please downlock these L4 segments so I can complete a change of city name for this section to “Broomhill” (plus a few at the end to Frenchay to minimise smear).

I didn’t need to change any segments to Frenchay after checking the unitary authority boundaries (from this source) again - but at the other end I ought to change the following L4 primary street segments to Broomhill to match the boundaries too:
