Reason for request:
Please downlock these L4 segments (Permalink) to L3 so I can change their street type and names.
Currently they are Street type and named:
Peg Hill
Southfield Way
They should be upgraded to Primary Street and named:
B4060 - Peg Hill
B4060 - Southfield Way
I determined the B-road status and number from the OS Modern map, and also checked for consistency with Streetview and the SABRE wiki. The roundabout in the middle I can modify without downlocking as it is L3.
