Request Unlock to set the Closure of the this segment since local waze users are shutting all the local roads for this one. Roadworks.org says until 16th February but if the road is unlock I can open it early if I see it is open when I drive past.

Thanks Ian I know there is no credit for Closures but I would like the map correct when I try and navigate around London.
I will just have to wait until 100000 edits for level 4 editor.
