You didn’t give a reason for the unlock, but I guessed it was fir the no left turn UR for McBride. I set the restriction.
Please note that we ne need these requests to contain a reason, so we understand what is going on, what is needed.
Also, your permalink only included one segment. That would not be enough to unlock to allow you to do the edit, since you can’t change turn restrictions on any junction that has even one segment locked above your level – even if the two segments involved in the turn are not locked.
