Reason for request: A u-turn is legally permitted at each of these three median segments, but prevented by Waze.
Would adding a JB to each of these permit a u-turn?

Added the 3 JB’s in.
Yeah, when you add a JB in, anything that is permitted by the JB cannot be prevented by typical routing behaviours that may prevent it like the U-Turn prevention penalty. So if something was disallowed via prevention measures, and a JB is added, you’d need to explicitly set these as allowed or disallowed.
