The unattached segments were originally paved by a Wazer, I had left them hoping a local editor might pick up on them but unfortunately only an L1, who just changed them to a Primary Street, touched them.
I’ve found several illegible plans, the best that looked similar to the GPS tracks was the attached. Not sure this needs to be lock back to 5 as the whole area is developing so fast no aerials match anymore.
I’m inclined to leave it at L3 so that you can continue to keep it as up to date as possible.
There’s still a couple of L5 segments around, do you want them downlocked too?
Sure, why not, they shouldn’t get harmed at L3.
