Manhattan-bound traffic from Randall’s island physically comes through the toll plaza here but does not pay a toll. Requesting unlock for the following edits:

  • Move the existing ramp merge node to the other side of the toll plaza
  • change this segment from ramp to freeway, rename it “Robert F Kennedy Br”, and shift the “toll” indication to that segment from the present one.

I just moved the toll indication from the current segment to the one southeast of the merge (prior to the merge). Accomplishes mostly the same thing. The new toll indicator is on the segment you want to change in your second bullet. Don’t see any reason to change its type and naming.

Fair enough. I had only suggested pulling it through because it matched the road geometry better and was less likely to result in a well-meaning editor (who might not have the UR layer turned on" moving it back, and to change it to freeway because the current naming and highway type seemed like it might have been a relic of a former change. Shifting the toll indication is the critical one though. Everything else is cosmetic.
