The Lincoln Tunnel going East from New Jersey into New York City needs to be a Toll Road. To compensate, out of uncertainty for how long it will be to get a response, I added Toll Road to the exit ramps in NYC but they really belong on the Eastbound Lincoln Tunnel itself.
In case you’re curious, there is no toll going West into New Jersey from New York City. It looks like someone already added toll road to the ramp that connects to the middle tunnel leaving the middle as no tunnel (which is fine because it should reflect properly on the Waze client).
