Does the speed limit are enforceable in parking lots of Nova Scotia
Nope they are not enforceable in most cases. I’ve been removing the SLs for the PLRs in the past month or so. The whole city previously had SLs for them, but I’ve removed the vast majority (I believe) from a lot of edits done a few years ago before I started, hence why I must of added some myself a little while back. Didn’t realize I forgot this area, I turned off the script toggle, thanks will remove them here.

L4>L3 - Need one segment unlocked to connect a new apartment complex/commercial development that I forgot about. Also, the water polygon to make some minor geometry adjustments for visual orientation and fix a few areas where land has been infilled slated for future development.

University - I believe the area polygons are the standard for individual campus buildings looking at other universities across Canada? A few did happen to use place points that’s why I’m unsure.
